Event submissions are completely free and help local families discover even more things to do throughout South Jersey.

I love helping South Jersey families find local things to do! Before submitting your event, please take a minute to review the calendar guidelines and make sure your event is a good fit.
Event Submission Is Always Free
South Jersey Events Only: Events must take place in one of the eight South Jersey counties:
Atlantic • Burlington • Camden • Cape May • Cumberland • Gloucester • Ocean • Salem
Submission does not guarantee inclusion on the calendar. Events are reviewed before being added.

Event Submission Guidelines
Please review the guidelines below before submitting your event. These guidelines help keep the calendar useful, affordable and relevant for South Jersey families.
Kid & Family Friendly
Events submitted to the I’m a South Jersey Mom Events Calendar should be appropriate for children and families. The calendar is specifically designed to help parents and caregivers find things to do with their kids.
Located in South Jersey
Events must take place in one of the eight South Jersey counties: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean or Salem.
Events located outside of these counties are not included on the regular South Jersey Events Calendar.
Pricing Information Must Be Available
Families should be able to clearly see what an event costs before deciding whether to attend. Please provide accurate admission or participation pricing with your submission whenever the event is not free.
Free events are absolutely welcome! Just make sure the event is clearly identified as free when submitted.
Calendar Pricing Guidelines
Events listed on the regular events calendar should generally not exceed $40 per person for admission.
Events with admission prices above $40 may still be submitted. Higher-priced events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether they are a good fit for the calendar.
Drop-In or Single-Class Option
If an event is part of a recurring class or multi-week series, families should have the option to attend one or more individual dates without being required to purchase the entire series.
Example: If you offer a 6-week music class, a family should be able to register for one class, a few individual classes, or otherwise participate without being required to purchase all six weeks.

This allows individual class dates to work as calendar events for families looking for something to do on a particular day, rather than requiring them to commit to an entire multi-week program.
Camps Are Not Included
Camps are not included on the regular events calendar. This includes programs structured primarily as camps rather than individual events or drop-in activities.
The regular calendar is intended for events and activities families can attend on a specific date rather than camp registration listings.
Approval Timeline
Please allow up to 1 week for submitted events to be reviewed and added to the calendar.
Need your event reviewed sooner? If your event is coming up quickly or needs to be approved ASAP, please email me after submitting so I know to look for it. Please include the event name and date.
I’ll do my best to review time-sensitive submissions as quickly as possible.
