Event Submission Guidelines

• Events must be kid- and family-friendly.
• Events must take place within the South Jersey region.
• Paid events are welcome, but pricing details should be clearly listed, including adult admission, child admission, per-person pricing, etc.
• Events should generally not exceed $40 admission per person. Events above that price point may still be submitted and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if they are a good fit for the calendar.
• Series or recurring events may be submitted, but they must offer a drop-in option or single-day admission.
  For example, if you're hosting a 6-week toddler music class, families should have the option to attend a single class without committing to the entire session. This calendar is intended to help families discover activities they can enjoy on a specific day, not just programs requiring long-term registration.
• Summer camp schedules and camp registration listings will not be accepted as calendar events. However, camp open houses, family events, free trial classes, and special one-time events are welcome for review.
  If you're promoting a camp, consider submitting an open house, family fun night, free sample class, registration event, or other public event instead of the full camp schedule.
